About Me
My art was born out of depression and chronic fatigue.
When words failed, paint became my medicine.
Through intuitive play, I found my way back to joy — and to my long-lost creative self. Every mark, drip, scratch, or layer is a channeling of the energy of my inner child. My paintings aren’t planned. They’re alive. One layer calls forth the next, leading me into the unknown. That’s where my authentic voice comes through — in the not-knowing, the trusting, the letting go.
I don’t paint what I see. I paint what I feel.
I discovered painting in midlife, on the Greek island of Corfu, after hitting rock bottom. I had no experience, no plan, only a deep desire to play. That simple act unlocked something I had suppressed for decades: freedom, creativity, joy. My inner child finally came out of hiding, and I was ready to listen.

Today, my work is a celebration of that aliveness.
Each painting is a visual journey — a layering of emotions, truths, and surprises that can’t be captured in words. My art brings energy, light-heartedness, and freedom into home and heart.
I work in mixed media — acrylics, inks, oil sticks, collage, and more — always experimenting, always exploring. What guides me isn’t technique, but intuition.
Beyond my studio, I also guide women back to their creative spark through my ART4JOY workshops, both in-person as well as online. Because I know how healing it is to reconnect with the playful inner child within.
